I'm running a comptech Novi1000 on 12 psi. I am wanting to run E85. I ordered 1000cc injectors. Do I need a stronger pump than the walbro 255 i'm running? anything else i need to know? thanks

 

Be sure you don't use a cellulose filter

 

If you're staying at 12psi and it is rewired, I think the 255 will suffice but could be wrong. I would get the Full Blown 340 pump just to get rid of the annoying Walbro whine anyways, but I'm pretty sure the Walbro should be fine for your goal.
