Thanks for info. Sorry I moght aave worded things sloppy. The UEGO wasn't just put in to read the air/fuel mixture....we actually used it to tune the car & according to the UEGO the car is running with in specifications..14 to 16.5
If that's all ok I can't see why the lights coming back on. Since posting earlie this morning I did put 94 octane in the car & the check engine light went off. Bad fuel?? Just seems wierd.

Hmmm, there could be a multitude of reasons why things are happening the way they are on your car. Your UEGO readings are quite lean, even for idle rpm. I've never seen anything above 15 and that's at idle. When you get into boost, that should come way down to near 12. What does the UEGO say when you are WOT at high rpm? You've never stated this and it would be nice to know. How does this compare to what the ECU is seeing? Are you sure the UEGO is installed correctly? The car should run fine on 91 octane. Just because the CEL went off doesn't mean you can rest easy. Something is still not right.

Don't be too concerned by the mismatch of parts. The only thing you're really missing is some tuning. Get the car on a dyno. You may find it's a little too lean and a turn of the Comptech FPR screw will fix it. But it may not be that simple. You may find you need bigger injectors and something to control them. Minimum would be an E-manage.

Really appreciate all of your input guys. This is a great site for S2k owners. I believe that the car has now re-learned our fuel adjustments & no engine light for 3 days under hard driving. The air/fuel metering is anywhere from 14.5-15.5 at idle about the same at normal acceleration and about 13-14.5 under v-tec. I will let you know what's happening... Now I got a malfunctioning shift light pod brand new. LOL.

13 is bit on the lean side and 14.5 is way too lean. She's gonna blow.

I think you need quit putzing around with it and get the car to a tuner with a dyno who knows what he's doing.

As Xviper stated earlier, engine #3 is coming soon.

On the plus side he could get an AP1 motor and then he would have the correct CTSC kit for it.

Get it tuned. The A/F ratiios you are quoting (13-14.5) are fine for an NA engine, but they should be lower on an FI car.
