the 6262 is a bit overkill for those powergoals.. go with the 5857

I'd recommend doing a 3mm headgasket too...that is if you're on a stock block. seems to be a VERY popular thing to do to lower compression.

You should have no problem laying down 400 on the stock head gasket with this setup but I would definatly look at getting an AP2 exhaust cam to limit the back flow of exhaust into the combustion chamber.

On a cast/Log mani a larger hotside is often very helpfull to lower the back pressure in the system you may want to look at a 5965 or just get it over with and go with a 6265 now. On my car the differnce in spool was not noticable at all but the 62mm has quite a bit more potential. I was able to make 10PSI by 3800RPM.

Oh, and I would NOT recomend the revhard, if you want a bottom mount mani the IP is MUCH nicer and they are proven to hold up much better. I have personally seen several of the Revhards crack and never seen an Inline crack unless it was droped or broken.

Take a look at my build, TurboKev and Revenge we have all done exactly what you are wanting to do. Infact I have my kit for sale now.

^^ I agree if your going to go with a log go with inline pro or a p-fab log. Im surprised you havent been told to get a tubular yet, you can definitely make alot of power with 6262 on a log but tubular are much more efficient and allow you to run less boost while making the same if not more power than on a log. It's all upto you just throwing the idea out there for you but tubulars usually cost close to 1K while a log is a few hundred. Thats my .02
