I assume he jumped from the Starter Rely that goes to the switch to a ground.

This should bypass the switch all together.

All that would be needed is running a ground (through a switch or straight to it) to this wire. And Honda was nice enough to give you some slack on the wire.

I tested continuity of the wire to ground, and when the pedal is pushed down, it tests good.

Which pins did you jump?

I got under the dash and it was a very tight squeeze to make it to the switch (have to remove connectors, which I hate, just to make enough room to see the switch and work on it).

If you can provide more detail as to which pins to jump, this would save a lot of headache and time!

There are no jumping pins.

Just run a ground to the light blue wire. That is all that is needed.

Splicing a ground into the blue wire accomplishes the exact same thing as "jumping the pins" at the clutch interlock switch connector.

Any of the wires that go to those two plugs a ground?

S

I assume cut the lt blue wire that comes out of the relay / plug, make it now a ground instead of going to the switch correct?

I just took the plug off the switch and put a wire connecting the two pins together.

No, there are no grounds in the relay plugs.

You do NOT cut the lt.blue wire. You strip it and splice into it.
This is as easy as this gets. You can run a ground from the bolt holding the relay to the dash structure.

I just tested this on this car, and it works just like it should.

This is the way to go. If you reach up and unplug, the wire will pull down for easy access and you can just put a jumper in the connector. I made the jumper from a piece of wire 1 inch long bent in a U shape. I tinned it to avoid stray strands causing difficulties when plugging it in. It can be back to stock in a few seconds. No cost and easy to do.
