Yakrat, I have been using the AEM CDI for well over a year now with no problems. Also, I have had no problems using the motorcycle coils with the extensions on the spark plugs insulated with heat shrink. I have two sets of plugs made up - IK24's for the winter and IK27's for summer. They haven't given me any problems. My last dyno run at 466 whp was with that setup.

Spoons Dont you have the inline kit??? I have ran 18 -20 psi for 5,000 miles never turned the boost down and coils are fine.....

try ignition solutions, they sell a modified s2000 coil pack.

I think John Lee from Inline Pro was pushing 22psi on stock coils I believe...

YES I HAVE the inline kit but i dont know i replaced the coil the first time but then the second time it was just plugs fouled and minor tuning adjustments

Pix, I know this doesn't solve your problem immediately, but I spoke with MSD up at IAS... S2000 specific ingnition system due out by the end of the year...
