So trying to finish the car and looking over the instructions. I have a brown and purple wire that the instructions says nothing about. Anybody got a idea? I think it's a ground just want to make sure.

 

Are you using the relay they supply?

Yes, both brown and purple are grounds. If I remember correct, brown is ground for the pump, purple is ground for the relay. On my set up, I have a Bosch pump and I got rid of the relay completely. Pump is running off ignition from the fuse box, right to ground.
