Default Comptech Dyno'd

Ok so as some of you know by the amount of ridiculous "newbie" post I have

I dyno'd my comptech today.

282whp
172wtq

Ap1
stock comptech w/AC
t1r test pipe
t1r exhaust.

Not too happy with the numbers. not too too upset either.

Thing I'm unhappy about is that I barely hit 5psi (probably need to tighten the belt)

And below VTEC it's PIG rich!

3000 11.1
3500 11.0
4000 12.4
4500 11.4
5000 11.0
5500 11.5
6000 12.5
6500 13.5
7000 13.0
7500 13.0
8000 12.5
8500 11.8

Is something wrong???

And also when I tighten the belt, do I have to adjust the FPR again?

p.s I think I could have a bit higher numbers. but the guy stopped at 8800 rpm. So maybe I coudl have squeezed out a bit higher hp numbers.

When I dyno'd my car, my boost didn't go above 5 psi either. Once I tightened my belt, I'm hitting 5-6psi and I feel all of the power. Going to get it dyno'd again soon once the SC has some more miles on it.

What type of dyno was it? If it was a Mustang dyno then thats very good.

those are decent numbers with the SC +AC since you loose .5-1.0psi of boost. you should be happy with the #'s. dont tighten the belt until it feels kinda floppy.

it was a dynojet.

AP2 pulley? How much boost does that yield?

I was thinking of a 7psi pulley from ASP. Next year.

It honestly feels RICH when briving around town. Even bogged a bit at one point.

The AP2 pulley should get you back the 1/2 to 1 psi you lost with the A/C. Good for maybe another 20 hp (but I already said that).
The bogging may or may not be related to the richness. Davenport has been specializing in GM big block cars. They've branched out in the past several years. Not sure how good they are.

I use data logs (from accelerometers) to measure power, and I use very conservative correction factors, so I don't post my numbers; People tend to poo-poo that kind of measurement anyway. Still, I have to say that I am surprised at how close your numbers are to mine. Every time I test the power I hope it's going to be higher, but I don't think it's going to go up any until I make some more mods. You can always make 300 WHP by asking the dyno operator to tweak his correction factors.

BTW, wheel-torque is different in every gear.

XViper, do you know what Comptech charges for the AP2 pulley?
