Comptech S/C, 11lbs Pulley, EMS
Well, here's yet another EMS success story. vtec's set at 4200 rpm, running a test pipe, 11# pulley, Comptech A/C, Supersprint exhaust, and SoS Big-Bore throttle body.
All graphs show stock S/C, and 11# w/EMS on the same dyno
AFRs are nicely below 12.5 wherever it counts:
Here's my boost curve:
And finally, here's tuned with the EMS, before and after the Supersprint Exhaust. 8hp, 5.5ft-lbs for the exhaust alone, not too bad.
Many thanks to Science of Speed and AutoWave for making this happen!
Shameless plug for the package I got (That's even my car in the photo! :

Can you get away with no engine work with this kind of boost? Do you know what the max is that the comptech SC can boost?
I don't know where the NOVI-1000 maxes out at though.

Damn it, now I want it. What size and brand of injectors are you running?

the option for more boost is evil. I just think that $3,795 is a little steep.
Do they sell just the pulley?

I've also got the Hondata Intake Manifold gasket installed & integrated UEGO Wideband O2 sensor installed. At idle, after hard driving, my IAT's say less than 5 degrees above ambient, and I've never seen them > 20 degrees above ambient after a few hard runs on the street.
$ for $, it gives you just as much bang for the buck as the comptech kit. I don't think the stock clutch would have a chance in holding the extra power though. Mine was on the ragged edge with the stock comptech kit, and anyone who'd get the high boost option is going to drive harder than your typical SC S2k owner...

When I first bought my comptech unit it was commonly discussed that around 9 pounds is the max you would want to go with stock internals and this kit looks to max out the stock internals safely and it really is a nice package - Autowave is the company that built Paul Mumfords S2000 shortly after his death - I think the guys name was Shane or something like that!
Great numbers and congrats
The smallest pulley you can put on a Novi 1000 is a 3 inch pulley and that will gain you just below 14 pounds of boost. The limiting factor is that the blowers impeller speed maxes out at around 55,000 rpm
