Default Comptech S/C Manual

I read somewhere that the manual has the hoses (assuming step #4) fittings not correctly explained, or incorrect

Although I doubt this, can someone confirm please

Thanks

I might have trimmed the hoses a bit. I followed the diagram.

The issue is the Air control Solenoid valve that people put the Vac hoses on the wrong way.

It comes with the hoses required.

So the picture on the manual is correct but ppl misplace the hoses.

So this image should be the correct way to route the hoses ?

Thanks

The issue is that the ACV valve relocating during install can cause confusion on the upper and lower vac hoses.

If you get it wrong you will get a CEL on start up or shortly there after showing 2ndary air injection.

Also make sure you re-connect the toggle plug after re-locating. My partner forgot to do this and I was until I realilzed it was hanging there and not plugged in.
