I'm running the 7lb pulley.. Can someone show me how to adjust my FPR?

The left side of the picture is "up" on your setup. See comptech's installation instructions. Use a hex-wrench to adjust it and tighten the retaining hex nut.

I think screwing it in (clockwise) makes it richer.

But you'll need an air/fuel gauge or a tuner to make sure you keep it under 14.7:1

I would not reccomend doing this unless your at a dyno, so you will be able to see how rich or lean its running
