Default comptech sc with AC

hello, guys, i have a 00 s2000 and i will get a used comptech sc with AC next week, just want to know if it will fit my car, the kit is from a 03 s2000, mind is 00, is it any difference between these two years? if so what else to i need to make it work. thanks

Yeah you shouldn't have any problems with it fitting. You have to make sure all the parts are included, and that is one problem people run into when buying used superchargers(not getting all the required parts). I don't have a complete part list that comes with new superchargers, but many someone with more experience come give some advice.

thanks, but how come when i check on comptechusa.com they have two different supercharger kits for sale. one is for 00-01 the other one is for 02-03.

I'm not sure, but I though all AP1's (00-03) could use the same supercharger since there was no major engine changes.

FI section ftw!

As far as I know the SC for all the AP1's are the same.

The difference in the part numbers for the 00-03 is just the CARB EO number engraved in the bracket. Mechanically those years are the same.

Aside from a different belt and pulley I don't think there's much difference in the kits until the '06.
