Yes as long as it’s in good condition I have found it will hold 15psi, as much as the blower can safely spin. I have my recirc valve converted to a BOV. I think it offers some marginal performance, in that there is no more hot recalculated air being pumped back into the intake.

Chris, does it not sound annoying/constant weak blowing with it diverting to atmosphere - I'm only surmising i havent done it before.
