Default comptech SC installation guide

was seeing if i should make an install guide because i havent seen one for the comptech unit in this forum. if enough interest then i will do one.

I think everybody uses the installation guide from Comptech.

yeah the comptech one isnt that good so i was going to make one that was easier to understand with better pictures and stuff

xviper has a Vortec, but he may have done one for CT.

Although I've helped diagnose quite a few Comptechs, I've never actually installed one, so no DIY thread.

That Comptech PDF file is a good starting point, but as I've discovered, it's always very helpful to see an owner's perspective on this and when pictures are included, can be exceptionally helpful. We, as end users, can often times see things that the manufacturer take for granted. We can hi-light key aspects of the procedure that may not be stressed enough in the manual that comes with the kit.

If you do one and have the time to take pictures and put down in your own words, what you did, I believe many readers here will be grateful. Once done, PM one of the moderators to have them place it in the proper place in the FAQs.

I second that write up please. I plan on buying the Comptech Aftercooled setup and it would be really nice to have a write up for a reference!
