I accidentally over oiled the filter and it dripped all over the engine bay...would this cause any harm? It seems okay now that the oil dripped...
Also, the aftercooler is hitting the hood and I can not seem to find a way to lower the aftercooler. I can still gently close the hood and it doesn't rattle...does anyone else have this problem?
Other than that...my car runs flawlessly.

Did you buy the kit with the aftercooler or did you add it on? I had a hood clearance issue at first and I had to rotate the blower angle a little until it cleared.
Is it normal for the aftercooler to sit against the blower mount?

People have been spilling oil in engine bays since the dawn of the internal combustion engine. As long as you didn't spill much on the drive belts, all that will happen is that dirt, dust and crap will be attracted by the oil and your engine will get dirty faster. If you're worried about it, wait till the engine is cold and connect your garden hose to the HOT water tap and gently hose it down. The hot water will carry the oil away.
As for the A/C hitting the hood, you have two choices.
1. Adjust the latch assembly and rubber hood bumpers so the hood is raised slightly when closed.
2. Loosen up the clamps on the connector hoses between the A/C and blower and A/C and TB. Grab the A/C and twist it clockwise (as you are looking at it from the front). There should be a little leeway here. Once you've moved it (maybe up to 1/2", hold it there and tighten all the clamps up. Now see if the hood touches anymore.
