remember your stock map sensor only reads to approx....11 PSI.....so an AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor is a must over that....and you will have to tap the intake manifold to install it.

also i would not push more than 12 psi on the stock head gasket.....hope you have a good tuner and an AEM EMS...i just got mine installed and am awaiting a tuneing day....good luck

I have 2 pulleys i am going to try.......1st i am going to get a baseline with the ASP 3.5 inch pully.....its supposed to run 9 PSI but mine AP2 turns 9k rpm.....so i have been told it will now push close to 11 PSI at 9k.....so i am going to have to wait and see what happens on the dyno......i have a great tuner which has tuned tons of different cars with the AEM EMS so he is going to watch things close.....i also have a 3.15 in ASP pulley too.....we may wait for a 2 mm head gasket untill we install it....i'll keep you posted

I would not push more than 10 psi on stock head gasket from the research I have seen on here. No specific threads, but search and I think you will see it. Also, depends on how much you get to redline to get your full 12 psi.

I think you should get like a 3.25 or 3.30 pulley and with the headwork, raise your redline to like 8,800. You also need 750cc injectors and the AEM 3.5bar map sensor. Get it all tuned right with the right exhaust and you should be pretty close.

you'll need a asp 3.0-3.1" pulley. i current have a 3.3" and got 9.6 psi @8200 rpm (ap2 also).

also, w/ 11 psi you may need to get headwork done and a GM or AEM map sensor.

Don't go smaller than 3.25". I had a 3.15" and reached 13.4psi at 8,800. And that was logged at the map by the EMS.
