Default Comptech SC: What mods to reach 350 rwhp?

Hi guys,

I have an AP2 w/ Comptech supercharger and aftercooler. The car has the factory exhaust and headers. I was told they would only add 10 hp max.

The car currently puts down approximately 275 rwhp.

If I add an AEM, smaller pulley and injectors; will I reach my 350 rwhp goal? What is a safe amount to raise the redline to? How low can I reduce the VTEC starting point?

Thanks

And safety depends on the tune. Get someone good to tune the AEM.

Is it accurate that a quality muffler and header change will yield only a 10 hp gain on the S2000?

Where is the best place to purchase the AEM, pulley and injectors at a discount? What size and brand of pulley and injectors are best?

I plan to have an NSX expert in Vegas tune the car.

Thanks guys.

10 seems to be a good estimate. There are other benefits of aftermarket exhausts and headers though - sound quality and getting that ugly OEM stuff off the car.

I would like to install an exhaust if I could shed some weight and add a racier growl to the car.

Can the S2000 be made to sound more like an F1 car? I definitely want to avoid it sounding like a Civic with a can of screaming bees.

I want my car to sound mean, but refined.

Thanks again guys.

Do you know what mods the guy had on his S?

Also, why would reducing the starting point of VTEC make me lose power?

Thanks in advance.
