Comptech supercharger with aftercooler...
I want to get more power with my comptech supercharger. I want to get more boost without changing the parts in my engine. Can I go with a 10 lb pulley without changing anything else? I want to know what are the limits with the boost if I run with the same gasket and internal component? Any reliability issue with more boost?

XViper is correct - you can run up to a 7psi pulley using just the standard kit with no other modifications.
Once you step up anything past that you will need to look into adding a few new things : Fuel Management (whether it be AEM EMS or a VAFC) and Larger Injectors.
FF2Skip and I were both running a 3.25" Pulley (approximately 12.8psi) for a tad bit of time. In turn, we were both running an AEM EMS, AEM 3.5 Bar Map Sensor, AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator, and Larger Injectors. Personally I had 550cc Injectors while Skip used 650cc Injectors. If you do decide to follow this path, I recommend using the 650's. In this setup - we were both running stock internals and head gasket.

Engine Damage - See signature picture
During my 7psi Pulley Stage I was a complete moron. Long story short - prior to installing the 12.8psi Pulley I tinkered with my Comptech FPR too much and leaned out my motor. While having the 12.8psi pulley I removed my head and sent it to Alaniz to have built. When I received it back and set up things for installed, I noticed severe scoring in cylinder #2. Car hasn't been running since... September 14, 2005.

Guys, I'm running a 7lb pulley with an AFR of 13.4-13.7 on boost. I think it's kind of rich but I'm used to RX-7's so I'm not sure. What AFR are you guys running on boost safely?
Thanks!
George
