have tried two different springs in my tial bov and i am still getting this sputtering sound at partial throttle or when i let offf

any ideas of whats wrong or i could do to eliminate that

or its okay and just leave it alone?

 

Mine does the exact same thing with the hks ssq. I

 

anyone elses thought

 

high rpms or low also?

 

between 3-5k when i give it at least id say 50% throttle, at wot when i let off it blows off
