I couldn’t find an exact replacement locally when I needed one, but I did find one that was slightly bigger (went from 3" to 4" I believe) which worked fine. Just throws off the belt sizing slightly.
Sorry to bump an old thread, but thank you OP for your research, finding this part number, and taking the time to come back and post it here for guys like me to find through search. You're the best!
I have my fingers crossed that the high pitched squeak/squeal I have right now is the tensioner bearing going out. Going to remove the tensioner and see if the sound remains. If it doesn't, then I'll get this new tensioner pulley. If it does, then FML I'll pull the blower and send it off to be rebuilt somewhere.

Removed my tensioner last night and it seems to have gotten rid of the noises I was hearing. Took the tensioner pulley off the bracket and the bearing definitely has some slop in it; you can hear the ball bearings rattling around if you shake it (like a maraca, lol). Picking up the new tensioner pulley from Napa this afternoon.
I think I need to go up one size on my belt too. With the tensioner completely off the belt is still tight enough to provide full boost at 13 PSI on a 3.4" pulley. I currently have a 370 belt, so I'm going to also pick up a 380 belt and see if I can get it to proper tension with the new tensioner pulley installed.

Just curious, did yours sound like this: tension pulley/bearing failing. Mine kicked the bucket after about a month of making that noise. Replaced it and it's been fine but the pulley was totally destroyed.
