Comptech vs. Vortech

As much as I enjoy the step in the torque/power curves at 6k, I end up grinning every time I see this dyno plot.
Fat, flat, torque "curves," produce linear acceleration that can be downright boring, because acceleration falls off as speed increases. OTOH, when acceleration increases with increasing speed, the pucker factor skyrockets. As modest as my setup is, the ever increasing pull with increasing speed is a real rush.
What else have you modified to cope with the added stresses?

More and more and more. It's a top end machine that runs away from healthy muscle cars.
so no one ever responded to my question.
If turbos are more efficant for lower end torque over a supercharger then which setup is the best for stock.
Once i get mine i am going to keep the motor stock for a while till i pay it off completely. then i want to boost it but i want to make sure it can handle it. is it true that F20C's come with forged internals?

If you want to keep the car stock, except for the FI, then you're limited to one of the centrifigual blowers (Comptech or Vortech). Everything else involves additional mods, like stand-alone ECU.
No one approach is best. You'll have to decide what you want from your mods. Does the car have to be EPA legal? Do you want to change the basic nature of the car, or do you want to enhance it? Are you going to be autocrossing, tracking, or drag racing the car? I ended up going with the mildest form of FI available for the car, for a number of reason (too numerous to list), and for me it was the right decision (and the best choice), but that's just me. If you want a fat torque curve, impressive numbers, or quarter mile times you can boast about, then my setup wouldn't be right for you at all. It's a bit like buying a hat. You have to pick one to match what YOU want, and you have to pick it yourself. No one hat is best for everyone.
