I kept the oil cooler, so the lines are still there.

Well I had that in mind to connect the two together, but was just wondering if I could just get rid of the metal tube in front of the motor and just take a plug and block off the one that comes right out of the block. Was just wondering if anyone else has done this ?

Go to the auto parts store and pick up two 5/8" rubber hose caps. Then you can remove the entire metal tube. Will you have to remove the alternator to get to the hose off of the water pump

Journal bearing. Probably will end up removing the metal pipe and capping it was just trying to see what everyone else did.

if you want a clean look and an easy way to route your turbo oil feed, get the golden eagle sandwich plate and totally get rid of the oil cooler plate.
