I only wrapped the DP and used a turbo blanket, I left the manifold alone. Too much of a PITA to wrap it while installed in the car.

BTW: I am still having overheating issues Jeff has my car now (I think it's my waterpump or I still have air pockets), but the overheating is sporatic and normally my coolant temps are around 185-195. Not sure why yours are in the 190-200 range.
So you haven't had your oil temps go above 220 yet? Thats amazing! I'm really curious to see how you do with some long highway driving and lots of pulls. Maybe take it out on a day like today for 30mins on the highway and start doing a bunch of pulls.
My coolant temps have always been 190-200F -- helms manual states that thermo is fully open at 185ish and fan switch turns on at ~200 and shuts off 10 degrees less. Plus now that there is a lot more strain on the system, I expect my temps to remain high.
I did a pretty hard drive today and oil temps capped at about 230, I tried to keep the car at 6k+ rpms the whole time. However, my water temps were creeping up pretty high although I've heard track cars usually see 210+ water temps...I've personally never seen that before so it had me worried. For the record they got up to about 208F before I let off and they dropped back down to 195.
Even with a big ass fan blowing through the bumper, you cant feel any air getting to the radiator with the intercooler / condenser in place -- they are MAJOR restrictions. I plan on doing something interesting with the fans to help cooling.

I don't get all these super complicated cooling mods. I run stock rad and fans with a mugen fan switch and thermo and my temps stay around 180 ish in normal driving. And I'm pretty sure I'm in a hotter climate than 75% of everyone on this board

Your low temp thermo / fan switch won't even help during racing environments anyway. Your cooling system has an equilibrium point and the only way to really change that is to add a larger radiator. So day to day driving it'll be fine, bring it on a track and your temps will sky rocket since equilibrium for the stock system seems to be somewhere around 210F (that isn't including a turbocharger so expect it to be higher).
And as josserman said, what are you oil temps? I'd bet you'd be surprised how hot they really get.

I brought the car out on the highway to see how temps were affected, they held steady at ~236F cruising at about 5k rpms. On the same stretch of road, I could hit ~260F no problem

I won't truly know till I hit a track and can get some extended 6k+ rpm driving (far to dangerous on public roads) but so far so good.
I will say you can definitely tell there is a huge heat source on the cooling system now which is to be expected. Takes long for the fans to cool down the radiator when it hits 200F. However, I think equilibrium for this system is around 210-215F so that's where I would expect maximum cooling anyway.
I plan on Re-doing my oem plastic splash shielding/air ducting...whatever you want to call it.
im referring to the plastic that the lower portion of the bumper gets connected to and runs underneath the whole radiator/intercooler.
anyway i plan on re-doing it with supported sheet aluminum, and placing two small 6" fans on it in between the radiator and the intercooler. (right underneath the a/c expansion chamber thing)
i will seal off the area with more sheet aluminum from the back of the intercooler to the radiator.
the fans will draw fresh air from under the car as opposed to heated air passing through the intercooler. some track cars have this setup.
hopefully i will have this done within the next two months...first is getting the car back into drivable conditions lol
