Do you have to splice the AEM Map sensor? I thought it was plug n play...but I have the Hondata so I'm not sure. With mine I just unhooked the old one and hooked the new one up. As far as what to do with the secondary air injection system you can ask mine personally if you want...it's in the floor of my garage b/c I haven't thrown it away yet ha ha you don't need it if you're running a standalone like AEM EMS. If you're running Greddy E-manage (I would assume you're running Greddy kit to be CARB legal since you're in CA) then removing the secondary air injection system will throw a CEL so in that case you can either put a small filter on the supply hose or have a barb welded onto your charge piping to connect the hose to...though I have no idea what boost would do to the system LOL...most just remove it. You can get a block off plate for the secondary air injection valve from Inline pro...hope that helps.

*EDIT* Wow I'm an idiot I didn't read your sig sorry...you have AEM EMS...just remove the whole Secondary air injection system and get the block off plate from Inlinepro, I looked for it on the website to attach a link but I couldn't find it, just call them. It's an easy job. Just remember that the pump for it is on the drivers side behind the bumper...take it out too.
