Default Crank Vent Question

I just installed one of the crank vents on my car two days ago to give my leaking PVC some added help. I didnt put the one on the breather though.

Yesterday I figured out that there was two different sizes and that I had put the larger one on the line from intake to valve cover instead of the smaller. Will this be a problem? I dont see how it would be but I thought I would ask.

I don't think so. I think its more for the size of the tubing that they are different sizes!
