CT S/C Crank Pulley Question
I have my CT S/C installed in November and have put about 1000 miles or less on the car since install.
The modified crank pulley provided in the CT kit is held on my 6 small bolts. I sheared off 4 of the 6 and the other two were ready to go. They had loctite in them when installed and were at the correct torque.
My question is has anyone else had this problem?
To remedy the situation my tuner tapped 6 new holes and installed 6 new bolts that were twice as thick and went twice as deep. He says he has seen it before on other CT S/C he has installed on S2000.
Do ya'll think this is an install issue or an engineering weakness in the design?
Thanks for your input and watch those crank pulleys. It is goes at high RPM it can bounce around and jack up alot of stuff.

Considering how big the problem is I am surprised I didn't find something in the search about it. I look for waaaayyyyy too long.
Please other people chime in about this, so we can make a nice thread of it for the record, so to speak.
Take care
