If you have E85 in your area, then you should consider upgrading to a novi 1200 blower and running a small pulley. If you shift fast, you can be in the power range for 300WTQ..

Huh

If you want 300trq out of our motor, pick up the new SOS turbo kit, makes 300trq/400whp. Or SC NV1200 300trq/500whp.

600hp will net you around 400trq plus.

600whp = we'll over 400tq

If you don't have the supercharger yet just save yourself some heartache and go turbo. If your on a f22c a good tubular manifold with a good billet wheel turbo will new you over 400whp and over 300tq on straight pump 91/93 octane fuel. With e85/race gas the sky's the limit.

I really think a small dry kit like this would work http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-cylinder-D...bf3ae7&vxp=mtr

I think it would give the car a nice kick in the pants would want an arm switch to activate a map in my aem v1 and a window switch so the nitrous is off before redline and wot switch so you eliminate the dreaded nitrous backfire. from what I read in the domestic forums a 20 shot is more like a 50 shot due to the boost so for instance for me I have aem v1 id1000 injectors comptech novi 1000 aftercooled supercharger making 9 psi 340sh whp .now I have run 11 psi but you can notice the patristic drag of the supercharger over 9 psi and on the street its not so fun and the fuel economy falls off. so my injectors are only at 43% at redline so if I give it a 30 shot of nitrous I will have around 400 whp and with my aem methanol injection kit it should be plenty safe and by injecting it into the air box it will cool the whole system so even after you are of the bottle you will have more power and it will be more evenly dispersed between the cylinders as it will be fully mixed with the air water and methanol just my own crazy ideas

IMO you are wasting your time trying to get a comptect S/C to get TQ. That system is the complete opposite of what you want. S/C makes boost with rpm. The higher you rev the more power you get. Sure Nitros will help, but IMO its a point of failure. Besides if you want to do it properly you'll have to get an AEM EMS and tune it. Is that really worth it for an anemic supercharger kit to begin with?

You should instead get the SOS turbo kit. It has what you want out of the box. Just dont forget you can't have both low end TQ and have the car continue to pull like crazy all the way to redline. It will taper towards redline some in comparison to a kit designed for higher flow @ high rpm. You have to give and take. If you want low end tq you are going to sacrifice top end power. This means even though your car "feels" faster with low end tq, it will be slower than a setup which is taylored better to the s2000's natural power band. Remember in racing you are always above 6000 rpm.

I have been through 2 SC setups and just recently went turbo...I did everything to get more power with the SC setups, bigger heat exchangers, smaller pulleys, etc... I did manage to get a few more ponies out of her...but I now firmly believe that turbo is definitely the way to go... Just had a Full Race kit installed by Central North Carolina Speedshop and resulted in 444/335. This install made the nv1200 seem like a grocery getter. I certainly know a lot less about turbo systems that most of the people on here, but I know the difference between sc and turbo...the turbo setup is quicker, pulls way harder and if so much more fun!

To the op, do what you want its your car. A 75 shot on top of the sc powerband will beat any turbo at the same whp with a turbo alone and they know it. The added cooling effect of the nitrous coupled with the boost from the sc will add even more power onto the 75hp shot.

I know it seems silly but it does make power.

I personally am not trying to reach the 300lbs level I just know that my blower becomes inefficient above 10psi and a small hit of nitrous would give me near 400 whp without the trouble involved in running 15psi on the novi 1000 or upgrading to the novi1200 plus I think my car may have had the supercharger kit installed when the car was new I know the blow is as old as the car going by the serial number on the charger and the fact that it has the replacement blower bracket due to the solid one cracking so this is my interest in nitrous fumigation. extra cooling and more power and a small shot with the right controls should be very safe
