Found this on Ebay and is ALOT cheaper than the Tech2 rad, I dont know about the exact dimensions but who thinks this could possible be a good upgrade to the shabby CT radiator for the AC?

a radiator is a radiator. the reason people prefer the spearco/tech2 is because its perfectly setup for our cars. it bolts up to stock holes and has all the fittings on the correct sides.

good find though

i have upgraded several to a radiator that looks exactly like a fmic when installed - we also changed out the pump to move more gallons per hour - we saw a 10-20 degree change in hot summer months her in florida of daily driving. - i also figured out how to incorporate a ice tank into the system to drop the temps even more.

Awesome site! Does anyone know the flow of the Comptech pump? And the radiator in the link you gave me, is this the one you are using?

I think the hardest alteration would be getting the aftercooler rubber hose to clamp onto those threaded fittings- as they are for oil hard lines. Nonetheless, it would still work.

I altered a heater core out of a diesel pick-up for my aftercooler radiator. It works the same, and only cost $35 at O'Reilly's.

yes i have used that radiator, i also upgrade to the cobra pump from that site also, it flows at least 2 as much

i remade all the hoses out of braided stainless to prevent kinking as this is a big issue with the stock compek kit.

I used a fuel cooler (tank with coil of tubing) open top and put frozen coke can and some water in, plumbed in line of the feed to the water to air exchanger. something like this
