I just finished installing a CTSC w/ AC but have not hooked up the AC water pump yet.
Can I run the car w/o the AC functioning?
I figure it's close to the same as a CTSC w/o the AC to begin with.
Will it create any issues other than not cooling the air?

 

I guess the question is..why would you want to do that? you could run it with no ac, but I would not do it for long and would avoid boost... now you can run the car with the belt off the sc with no issues...if you are just needing to get something to hook up the pump.

There is a reason why they don't sell supercharger kits without aftercoolers/intercoolers anymore... it wasn't a great idea to begin with. I wouldn't recommend running in boost without the water pump in and on.

 

Even if you dont hit boost, the focking intake and manifold gets hot!! That blower spins all the time and therefore is heating all the time. The motor will feel sluggish and taxed regardless.
