Yes, i will be running 13lbs of boost on my VTSC on stock internals. Also, yes its always about having a proper tune. And some ID Injectors!

the comptech can get away with 7psi only with the rr-fpr (ap2 pulley on ap1), with the emanage why stop at only 8psi, get some injectors and crank that mother up...

How is the emanage with a smaller pulley for tuning? Can you get the car to feel like stock tune with say a 10 psi pulley and emanage tune?

My wild guess would be not quite. "Works good enough" would be my description. Even a AEM EMS has some intermittent issues with running as precises as stock. Injector size/type plays a part in this as well. Generally the smallest size injector you can run to deliver fuel to a given psi is best. I've never try these but I hear Injector Dynamics brand can supply larger cc amounts wile delivering better fuel atomization associated with smaller cc injectors. Kind of a best of both worlds.

I'm running 8psi on a comptech and AEM standalone, all on a stock motor. I also havee RC 750 injectors an aem fuel pressure regulator and of course the fuel pump. My pulley on my AP1 is a 3.9 inch pulley though.

you will need to get upgraded injectors and or another source of fuel aka water/meth injection check out my thread from over the summer where I went stock ecu stock injectors 10psi comptech sc with aem water/meth injection ran fine I just wound up taking the kit off a month or 2 later I think and selling it because winter was coming and time to park the car in the garage. New project under way as we speak.

P.S. Use PEAK windshield washer fluid and 3 HEET gas antifreeze bottles (almost pure methanol ) to get the proper afr...get a wideband if you don't have one dummy

O and using water/meth cools your intake/engine/egt's so much and provides a safety barrier I HIGHLY recommend it with any fi setup s2000junky will vouch on that one to.
