Default Cusco catch can problem

I just put a Cusco catch can in. I bought an extra clear line from Home Depot. Seems the existing one that came with the can is pinching shut at idle.

This isnt my car, but mines set up the same way. The line running off the pcv valve is pinching. I just bought a regular black one from the autostore, seems ok for now, but should this happen?

It shouldn't with PCV hose. Some of the clear reinforced tubing isn't as strong as it needs to be.

The Home Depot ones are holding up, its the Cusco one that pinched.

I dont have pics of mine yet. I relocated my cruise control and placed it there.

Honestly, those hoses are pretty useless. Even if they don't pinch, eventually the oil fumes will cause them to collapse. Get either some fuel line or braided.

I wanted to use a GReddy OCC a few years back and after opening the box it came clear to me that those hoses suck big time..Just forget the bling and get some heavy duty black ones from your hard ware store.

I just ordered some Stainless Steel Braided Hosing to replace my Home Depot crap yesterday. This should do the trick.
