i just compared s2000 axle and mark viii axle, the ford outter is a little lenght, but the splined section i like 2-3 mm shorter then the oem honda spline, its just the tapped section that is lenght,its just the axle will go out of the wheel , it will have a 0,5 inch out th nut, but a machinist can shorter them on a lathe, scuse me for my bad english i will post picture

a good friend of mine just used a cobra diff and cobra axles, had the s2000 hubs rebroached to cobra specs and installed them into the s2000. Stock cobra axles were perfect length with no modifications needed

I think the cobra axles are shorter idk tho I'm going to use stock cobra axles I'm buying them this coming week and sending my hubs off to dss so I hope by the 2nd week in Oct to have the 8.8 swap done with good info for y'all

I'm pretty sure the cobra axles are different than the mkvii/tbird axles.. The t-bird axles are not equal length

 

mine are mark vii there are equal lenght

the splined section are the same lenght then s2k except 2mm
