No it hasn't been built yet...couldn't get an appt. until Sept. to get it fabb'd. Running open downpipe right now.

No mufflers, no tips, just straight 3" piping...

Here's my Magnaflow duals.
3" split into 2.5" off center to center (similar to Artisan's) 9" Mags and a Vibrant Quiet Resonator.
Very quiet! Slightly louder than stock.
You may also want to consider a cut out... here's my boost activated one

Ultimate Racing uses magnaflows on its dual exhausts. I have it on my turbo S2K. Very nice rumble and not too loud except at full song!

I currently have a 3" single with a magnaflow resonator and muffler... But it is really loud, lol..... I dont mind it but I want to go with a dual now. I am thinking with a 3" dual all the way to dual magnaflow mufflers.

Exhaust tips are from motordyne, they have some nice stuff. I had to cut them up and weld them to the mufflers since they come as bolt on versions.

Mufflers are pypes race mufflers. I got both on ebay for under $200.

As for the my piping it is 3 inch mild steel, even after the split it is still 3 inch, to match up to the 3in mufflers. I painted the entire exhaust with dupont high temp (1000 degree) powdercoat to prevent rusting.

Sarek now thats what im talking about! I already have a cutout but im gonna ditch it when i go with the 3" back exhaust. Im DDin and i just want mine to make more power with less noise!

if you want more power and less noise, I'd keep the cut out and get 2.5 piping (if you don't want to keep OEM) and big off center to center magnaflows mufflers.

IMO that will give you the best of both worlds. My cut-out opens automatically at about 9-10 psi of boost. So it's almost as quiet as stock under low loads and screams when I'm on the GO pedal!
