Put a pressure gauge on the turbo supply line and run the engine.
Are they dash -3 or -4 fittings on the supply line? I have a mechanical oil gauge that has a -4 male fitting ( and oil line with -4 females on either end) at the workshop. You can borrow it and connect it to end of your supply line. You only need to start the engine and run for a few seconds.

-3 unfortunately. I'll do the 'turn the engine over' with the oil line over a catch can thing and compare the flow.

hm, when i bought my turbo from them, i got responses within 2 hours.
are you emailing the tech email or the sales one? i think his wife checks the sales one and then gets any tech info from him
