Default Dck's Turbo build thread

Just finished acquiring everything for stage one of my turbo setup
so heres what i got so far, keep in mind it will be upgraded later,
and that i started with a used kit from another member here on s2ki

turbonetics 60-1 .70ar/.48 60 trim comp. wheel
custom front mount manifold
2" stainless steel IC piping
3" custom downpipe
Invidia Q-300 duals
Inlinepro FMIC
Tial 38mm wastegate with 10.6 lb spring
dump tube vented to atmosphere
Mac boost solenoid
HKS sequential BOV
ID1000 injectors w/ OEM o-rings
walbro 255 fuel pump
Haltech platinum pro PnP ECU
AEM AFR gauge
AEM boost gauge
oil cooler setup
competition clutch stage 2

looking to hit about 350whp anything higher would be cool but not lookin for over 400 till i upgrade the rear.
install starts tomorrow, should have it at the tuners by the end of next week.
if i am missing anything let me know, any advice or tips are welcome as well as this is my first time with a turbo.

i can't tell if your car is an ap1, or an ap2 with ap1 headlights

but make sure you change to the 02+ oil jet bolts if you have an ap1 my00-01

Why'd you decide to go with 2" stainless steel piping (as opposed to 2.5/3" aluminum piping)? Just curious. Good luck with your build. In for pics

MY01, just the bolt itself or the whole small bracket with the curved piping?

You will be pushing the limits of the stage 2 clutch so I would start saving. Or even better get it out of the way now and push it to 400. I hade a similar setup when I first started and it made 400 just fine 2" intercooler piping and all at about 14psi.

I'd say stage 2 is good enough for you, even at 400whp. I have stage 2 at my current power 445whp/327trq and its holding just fine.
