I'd say stage 2 is good enough for you, even at 400whp. I have stage 2 at my current power 445whp/327trq and its holding just fine.
my tuner said that with my setup 2" is closer to optimal volumetric efficiency than 2.5 would be especially seeing as my intercooler is pretty big and might see a little drop.

Yes that is correct most are measured by torque and when I was making 325 torque my stage 2 clutch didn't hold up for long. I think I got about 7 months out of it. But maybe I just drive my car to hard lol. A twin disk will be nice step up tho I wish I would have bought a twin from the start.
so i called hardtopguy seeing as they have these at a decent price, got all 4 shipped 2day express for 72$ even.
keeping boost at about 10psi, my tuner is also going to keep it a little on the rich side, might not quite put down what im hoping for but if i hit 350whp ill be happy with that, anything over that will just be a bonus.
It should be do-able. The 60-1 may not be a top choice of S2k owners and I think is a little older ? But its a very capable turbo and should allow you to hit your goals

pretty well built, but kinda ugly lol.
but it looks promising as far as power,
i actually like the turbo i have for quick spool and decent power within my goal.
and its upgradable to BB and a bigger hot side when im ready.
