clutch is rated by torque not hp and stage 2 is good for about 425+ torque so im good, next step will be twin disk.

I'd say stage 2 is good enough for you, even at 400whp. I have stage 2 at my current power 445whp/327trq and its holding just fine.

my tuner said that with my setup 2" is closer to optimal volumetric efficiency than 2.5 would be especially seeing as my intercooler is pretty big and might see a little drop.

Yes that is correct most are measured by torque and when I was making 325 torque my stage 2 clutch didn't hold up for long. I think I got about 7 months out of it. But maybe I just drive my car to hard lol. A twin disk will be nice step up tho I wish I would have bought a twin from the start.

Mabey you did drive it a little too hard, red line shifts and fast engagement are killers.

so the dealership wanted to charge me 29.50$ for each bolt, crazy high.

Yea thats my main concern, im actually going a little on the conservative side with the build in hopes of not destroying my engine,
keeping boost at about 10psi, my tuner is also going to keep it a little on the rich side, might not quite put down what im hoping for but if i hit 350whp ill be happy with that, anything over that will just be a bonus.

It should be do-able. The 60-1 may not be a top choice of S2k owners and I think is a little older ? But its a very capable turbo and should allow you to hit your goals

Hows your manifold look ? That will help as well since its not a log style

individual runners, front mount stainless steel.
pretty well built, but kinda ugly lol.
but it looks promising as far as power,
i actually like the turbo i have for quick spool and decent power within my goal.
and its upgradable to BB and a bigger hot side when im ready.
