Default The Decision Has Been Made

So I sold my Mase kit to WAZPE and took it down to the dyno last night to get a good pull as the last dyno I was on had a bad RPM pick up screwing my numbers. I got the dyno and started to make a pull and kept hearing a noise like I was losing a bearing on the belt tensioner. The car made over 350FTLB's of torque so it was a bit lower than I anticipated but that seemed close. The dyno tech said the noise was coming from the front of the engine and I started to get indigestion. I pulled the filter off the turbo and the what do you know the there was a bunch of shaft play.

Good news is the kit is going to a good home, am VERY happy to see the kit going on such a clean car and he should be able to make ridiculous power with the 2.5L.

I started stripping the car down last night. I am going to be selling a bunch of junk off the car and sell it to buy a Z06. The only question now is what color should I get?

I will probably pull my fully built ported Ferrea/IP head and put on a factory with factory HG, fuel system, Center console, Hard Top (Freshly Painted and Installed Last Week), SOS Ported TB, MAP Sensor............

Should I put the battery back in the front or leave it in the truck?
What about the Intake, it has been gasket matched and ported for the TB is it worth anything?

I'd leave the battery in the trunk, you are doing whoever buys the car a favor.

You must be getting old if you've resorted to settling down with a Vette.

Yep, buy aren't you putting a V8 in your car? If yes, I would guess that it is some derivitive of the GM LS motor, using a Ford 9" rear end.......

I am just skipping straight to end of the road you are going down.

I think this is very approriate

I was kidding about the V8 thing in my car....haha.

You are going to have a 7 second vette? Cause that's the road I'm going down.

Someday I'll probably have a vette. My brother and I talk about it all the time and we said that we have to be at least 40 before even thinking about it. It's getting close as I'm 32 and he's 35.

I like milk.

The C6's look so much better IMO. They just seem a lot more refined.

the C6 is alot more refined than the C5, the build quality is night and day different, NICE CHOICE!
