Denso plug gapping question...32 or 34

Default Denso plug gapping question...32 or 34

I'm installing denso IK24 plugs not sure if I should gap them to .32 or .34? What do you recommend?

Depends on what your doing. Vortech wants .34, and I use .34 for my comptech. If your stock .40 or so, and if your turbo I have no idea.

sorry...I have comptech...are they pre-gapped at .32 or .34?

I used Denso IK24 Iridium before but my car don't like it...so I changed to NGK 7173 copper plugs and my car love it. I gapped them at .035 though.

It doesn't matter what they're pre-gapped at. You ALWAYS check the gap to know for sure what it is before you put them into any car.

.032" or .034", it doesn't matter. Just pick one. The difference in your engine will not be significant. If it really bugs you, pick in between ............ 033".
