Has anyone started doing rear end differential conversions to replace and eliminate the stock diffs?

 

Replace yes, eliminate no. Diff is kinda useful if you actually want your car to move.

 

Well to give him the benefit of the doubt, he did say conversions in his thread title.

But as far as conversions in CA... I have no idea. All I know is that Inline around my area will have a diff conversion available soon. Don't know if/what other shops are working on/offering something similar.

 

Diff Technics from Aus have a Nissan diff conversion available. Several US owners have purchased it.

I once heard about a shop in San Diego that would convert one for $4,000. Don't know who it was.
