Default disappointed..... dynoed

Hey guys... so I ran my Stock pulley comptech supercharger s2k on the dyno today. It is a mustang Dyno.

I made 253 hp the power band looked smooth as well as the toruqe. The graph showed the car kept making power over 9k.

My mods;

1- berk test pipe
2- medallion Tanabe exhaust dual
3- 12 lb flywheel and six puck clutch
4-stock comptech pulley.

Do you guys know how much is a s2k making with this set up? I know for sure a lot more than that....

What can i do get it where i should be?

What was your afr? Your numbers are a bit low so im assuming your car is still on the rrfmu using the stock ecu.

Yeah, I still running the FMU and the esm. Stock ECU.

I don't have the numbers for the air fuel ratio. It was just a base run.

before the set up i did not run it , but there was another s2k there that ran and his base was 210 to the wheels with i/h/e. I was making 287 whp with the greddy kit at 7 psi before this supercharger and of course the greddy was tuned.

I don't see how people run F/I set ups and not get a wideband gauge at minimum. All we can do is speculate on what is wrong since we don't really know what's going on in the engine. You may be running rich or could be running lean and detonating so the knock sensor is pulling timing in order to compensate, among other things

If you are making full boost (belt is not slipping) then I'm sure it's in the tune. With the stock pulley and a proper tune I would imagine you could hit or at least get close to 300whp on that same dyno.

Do i need to get a piggy back or can they use the fuel pressure regulator to tune it?

You could tune the AFR with the FPR, and the shop should be able to use a tail sniffer to get AFRs, but it wont be the absolute most accurate reading.

What size pulley is the stock Comptech? Is that a Novi 1000?

The dyno shop didn't at least have the tail pipe reader to measure AFR? You might be losing power if it's to lean which means your motor might be in danger. Does your kit have the aftercooler? I know the aftercooler kilt alone is supposed to yield 20whp.
I made 290whp at 5.75 PSI with the Novi 1000 tuned so you car definitely has some room to grow. Make sure all the couplers are tight and boost is leaking somewhere. Also make sure the pulley is tight and the belt isn't slipping.
