Default DIY: Kraftwerks blower install on 2006 S2000

Finally got around to installing my Kraftwerks kit this past weekend and it turned out pretty awesome thanks to the help of a few friends. They sent the wrong f@#king instructions with the kit which I didn't figure out until after my fuel pump was out, radiator swapped, bumper removed, etc...so I took a bunch of pics along the way.

Step 1: Remove front bumper

Step 2: Swap shitty stock radiator

Step 3: Gently rub a 10mm socket clockwise on your factory serpentine belt

Step 4: Use stock radiator drain petcock to tighten a hose clamp onto your bare throttle body

mmmmmmmm

Step 8: Once intercooler is installed, you can now remove the crankshaft pulley bolt and install it into your upper radiator hose. Torque to 75 ft-lbs

Disclaimer: this thread was intended for humor only, especially since these instructions make more sense than the pile of shit instructions Kraftwerks sent with the kit. So far no issues, dyno tune at LHT is tomorrow. Thanks for looking.

I had a blast installing the blower on your car. My favorite step was install all these parts that no longer exist. Oh wait that's right it was revised but you must contact a Unicorn first to know that. That's Unicorn also known as chef!

Big shout out to chef for helping us on the phone.

If my post had any useful information, I would agree

But, as I said, this thread is a joke, so I put it in S2000 Talk.

i had one recently. Drives awesome! Pulls hard... never tracked it though. Thats where i think this kit needs surgical precision on install and tune... not much room for error.

I'm gunna say you can't track this kit with normal pulley setup safely .. I'm on the race pulley setup now and don't see any wear like I did on old setup .. On old set up broke 2 belts at Watkins Glen .. The new setup nothing broke thank god .. Except for bolt into my block .. Temps on belt still getting to 240 .. Waiting on Cj for a conclusion on that ..
