Default DIY turbo kit. My story with pics inside.

I have been collecting parts for my turbo kit for a little over six months and have had a long wait to get where I am at now.
First I would like to thank all those who have posted on this site with a vast amount of info that has led me to make the right choices in my parts.
Cjb80,Sideways,GaryRudolph,Cbender,Fperra are just a few that I can think of but there are many others as well.
When I started piecing together a kit I wanted to make sure that I would do it right the first time. With the help of this site, I pieced the kit with the following parts.

AEM EMS fully tuned(Still a little rich at cruise)
T3/60-1 .82 turbo
750cc saturated injectors
Test pipe
AEM wide band o2
Custom manifold(CJB80)
Tial 38mm waste gate
BOV
Custom charge pipes
FMIC 31*9*3(31 end to end)
Stock exhaust
5.5 PSI 313 RWHP

Pics are huge and I tried everything to make them smaller so I will just provide the link unless someone can resize them for me.

Enjoy

AEM EMS and and custom manifold help out a lot.
When CJB80 had this manifold on his car he made about the same amount of power (420 something WHP)as his log style with just 14 PSI instead of 19 PSi if I remember correctly.

Looks great. How fast does that setup spool up? Any issues with tuning the AEM? Did you tune yourself or have someone else do it? Anyway, enjoy the newfound power!

What intercooler did you get? I think you would've been better off with a slightly smaller IC to avoid some pressure drops along the way.

Nice #'s/psi

Good job. Oil filter changes will be very easy, but messy.

Thanks for the compliments
As far as street use it is very fast. My goal has been 350rwhp and to be honest, that might be too much for me.
The car just moves in third gear.

With the big turbo I have spool up is around 3500-4000 rpm.
I wanted my turbo to be a little laggy. It feels like a NA on steroids.

With the EMS I was a little concerned about tunning since I live in Omaha right now for school and was not sure if there was any good tuners out here. But to my surprise the car runs like stock and drives great.
Jason my mechanic did wonders on my setup.

Intercooler is from reddog motorsports and is no bigger than UR's I think.

Chris
