Does this look right?
I ordered some sleeves from AEBS for my machinist to install and got them today. Is one supposed to be different? There is also a small ding out of another one on the top outer part of it. I don't think the ding is anything to be alarmed about, but what about the different sizes? I was gonna call AEBS tomorrow, but wanted your guys thoughts incase I am an idiot and it is right.

Here is the ding.

The ding will be machined off when they are put into the block and surfaced to match the deck height, but the one being that much longer may be a mistake and I'd find out why its like that. Are the bores the same diameter? It may just be that they all also need machined on the lower side to get the to the correct length for the block bore to lock them in and a good machinist that does your work will know this. They all may be off a bit and just the one is more excessive than the rest, but when they all get machined down on the lower end to match up the length of the block bore, they will all be where they are supposed to be and again, a good machinist you chose will know this. It could also be possible that one needs to be a bit longer to sit down in the block a little more, but I really don't know. Those are just my oppinions, but you should call AEBS to confirm.
I'd agree.
FYI, if your having someone else do the work, make sure you give them your girdle too. It needs to be tq'd down when they do a bore on the cylinders to keep them true.

I gave them a call and they are all supposed to be the same height. So far it seems like I am gonna be taken care of after he gives me a call back.
