It is hard to clearly see how well the ignition timing feature works for our cars from reading the past threads. I would like to find out what everyone else thinks about it.

Does it work? I have heard that it does and does not work, so which is it? Does it just work poorly?

Any addition information on this topic would be great as well.

I didnt have them touch the timing. Although one of the orginal Emanage posts does say it is not posssible on the S, so Im not sure. I do know that a few of the guys have done timing changes or at least fiddled with it. Im still waiting for a retune, to rich.

 

I thought it was determined that it did work with updated firmware and the "magic" settings.

 

At what point (boost wise) is it even nessecary?
