Moisture is the real enemy. If you keep the system sealed, you're going to have much better luck. The guy in this video (also lives in IA) has been on ID2000's for 2 years and the car sits all the time (winter and is not daily driven). When I installed his injectors, the 1300's were not out yet.

1300's are excellent injectors if you think you'll deal with moisture problems as they are fully stainless steel (obviously aside form the plastic).

I would say no it will not unless you up fuel pressure. Your duty cycle with those injectors will be high.

I would up the pressure run them at 85%. I feel that's better than having to worry about the 2000cc sticking. But I will be running a flex fuel setup. But be on e85 most of the time

Id1000 can get up past 500whp on e85 with a higher fuel pressure, im sure id1300 can get close to 600whp

calculator from ID:

http://wpdev.injecto...wer-calculator/

% duty cycle not stated, based on running the calcs elsewhere it looks the HP numbers generated are based on 75% - 80%

1300s not listed, take the reading for 1000 and 1600 and 1300s should be in the middle between them, looks like four 1300s can do about 700 Bhp @ 60 psig @ 0.70 BSFC @ 9000 rpm

drops to 600 BHP @ 45 psig

moisture comes from air, fill the tank to overflowing for long term storage and make sure the cap is sealed well, there are additives as well for moisture conditioning, top end lube, etc.

The pump you use will heavily play into how much you can push at higher boost levels. Pick one that does not drop flow like a rock, especially with added BP.
