Will the SOS Flex Fuel kit work with the stock ECU reflashed with FlashPro?

Is a Water/Meth kit an alternative to E85? Does anyone have experience with both set ups to provide a comparison?

Flash pro does not have flex fuel option last I remembered. Reason being why I sold it and went with Aem instead.
