Default E85 idle a/f with flex fuel setup

Hey guys, got the car tuned last Friday only driven it a,few, times since I got back from the tuners.
Running AEM v2 with id2000s flex fuel setup with GM sensor
Cold start my a/f is pegged at full rich. Once car,is warm my e85 a/f is 16.4-17xx. At idle. This seems lean to me. Anyone else running e85 have this issue? Normal? We had it set to 13.7 at the tuners. Get on the gas the a/f go to 14s. Just light throttle and idle it goes this lean. My tuner is unsure why its doing so.

FWIW my car idles between 14 and 15 on E85 once warmed up. I don't have the flex fuel setup or 2000cc injectors though.

Still doesn't seem normal to me. Definitely seems lean.

I would idle between 15-16 when I was on E85, tuner set it that way. Full rich on cold start sounds odd. I wouldn't be too concerned over the idle at 16-17, but idle should be easy enough to adjust in the tables, right?

Should be, Evans sent me a adjustment I just have to learn how to load it.

But on cold start its at 10.0 then as it warms up it it will settle around 16-17s sometimes light throttle it also hangs around those numbers. Once I give it gas it goes back to 13-14s. Car runs smooth when on the gas.

Does start hard when warm tho sometimes ...think that's a e85 thing. Temps have been in the low 50s upper 40s here.

He is probably making it rich so it actually starts. Only 15% of your fuel is combusting right away. Does the car start all the time in the cold ?

All cars on cold start add fuel and it leans out as car warms up. Ten though seems richer then typical.

Only time it didn't start is when I got stuck going 12mph for a few miles then shut it off. Came back 5 mins later wouldn't fire. Let it sit for 15 mins it fired. Just not sure if I'm worried about nothing or if the a/f is to lean at idle

E85 will be harder to start when it gets cold. Your coming to the end of E85 season up North. Enjoy the car while you can but I would start mixing 93 octane gas in tank and see if your problems get better. You will want only pump gas when storing car. You may want to run pump only and see how she runs with the 2000s. I will wager it will idle rough. I never had good luck with 2000s and straight pump gas. In summer I would only run pump as an emergency or long trip but mine was a weekend warrior so I just maped out all the e85 stations and drove accordingly.

Ok so I'm running open loop instead of closed loop. Would this be a issue? Jeff said the firmware doesn't work right with the AEM v2....so he left closed loop off.

Ok just tried to drive it....got into boost and it stared to sputter and not pull.
Got home did a compression test. Cheap harbor freight tester
1. 150
2. 130
3. 150
4. 150
Number 2 is low but is that something to worry about. I know they should all be over 200 but I don't know how good this harbor freight gauge is. Just checking to see how close the are with each other....feel like I want to puke lol haven't even really got to enjoy the car
