If I make the switch Im going to use this Zeitronix flex fuel sensor...
http://www.zeitronix...s/ECA/ECA.shtml
It will allow me to fill with 93 octane if necessary, EMS will adjust the tune based on ethanol content. Even if I never filled on 93 it would be a good thing to have because ethanol content in E85 varies between batches.

just to throw a curve ball in there but that system says the max flow is only 200 l/h
Didn't notice that.. Evan's recommended it to me, so Im guessing it would work. Arent the high HP Suby's & Evos that use it flowing more then 200 l/h?
You are on AEM, right, deception? Is that system compatible w kpro?
What does the EMS need to be able to do to adjust according to ethanol percentage?

put a bypass on the line

You need to set-up a global % trim based on the ethanol content that will auto correct for the ethanol content according to Evans.
Most importantly this would probably adjust amount of fuel, but timing too I'm guessing since you can be a lot more aggressive on E85 vs 93.
