I wouldn't trust my turbo to a knockoff BOV made in Taiwan... which constitutes a lot of aftermarket items on ebay

go ahead and buy it. See what happens when you save money on the BOV of a Boosted S2K

From what i've seen, ebay knock off bov's are crap. I've opened up 2 different replica greddy type S bov's and both were poorly built with a very crappy diaphragm.

If for some reason your bov stays closed i.e. dirt particles, vacuum line gets a hole falls off or breaks, you are in for some serious $h!t

FTW: You Get What You Pay For

As many others have noted, there are lots of cheap imitations of name brand parts. As an engineer I know what happens to bring a product such as this to the market and none of these knock off companies have the abilities to make quality products. Trust me when I say that spending double on a piece that works better than you hoped is much better than spending half for a part that sort of works on occasion.
