Doubting the E-manage while you stood by the V-AFC? You've gotta be kidding me. The e-manage cant control ignition timing perfectly. It does the fuel pretty damn great though.

I'm still waiting for my pistons to come in since the shop I orignal ordered them through never ever ordered them even though they told me they did. Why they did that? I really don't know because it's not like they got any money from me. They just took off 2 months from me finishing up the motor work to my car . Anyways, I finally got to ordering the pistons pretty much directly though CP and they're being shipped out this week I guess. I can finally get my sleeves bored out after I get the pistons in my hand.

Here are the pics of some of the parts I've got. I'll take pictures of the other stuff I've got once I've gotten everything else back. I dont just talk the talk without walking the walk:

Here's how my car has looked for many months now:

Nice Kane. You have a thread chronicling this work? I'd love to see the process beginning to end. I hope to do this same thing after my wife's car is paid off and I can buy a daily driver.

Thanks.

No chronicle of the progress in the work. I guess I probably could have but I'd rather just make one big post when it's finally done (which feels like never right about now)

Thats good stuff. Iam not going to say that the VAFC is great but all I care about is WOT. As long as its fast Iam happy. Thats funny your car looks like mine but mine has been like that 3 times now. I have to get a new turbo, the last one went with the motor. I have to get the new diff too. I have a 61 trim but I want the 63. Its just hard too fit it in there

I will be at the Fall Colors, should be a good time to display the turbo system and have a Q&A session with any prospective buyers.

Hope to see you all there.

cheers
