Default eManage vs. Vortech

Is anyone using the Greddy emanage ultimate with a Vortech SC?

Check engine light #1361 (P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption)
The CEL is causing a MIL, so the car will not rev past 3k RPM. (limp mode)

We have sent the emanage back to Greddy. Boomslang has checked the harness. Latest check, both the emanage & harness went to Greddy

The path to the TDC sensor is defenitely open.
I had the same scenario with my harness. with the same symptons and I checked and checked and everything was ok. Till I decided to check for continuity on the wire that goes from the ecu to the sensor and there was an open. Should've done this first. It came down to the harness once again.

no, my issue was defenitely cam position sensor. More like #39
But now I realize you are using greddy ultimate emanage. This may change things a bit. I'm using the Blue box.

I had the same exact symptons like I said. If you are getting P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption I would defenitely just trace those wires at the pinout to where that code refers to and run a continuity check all the way to the sensor with everything in place

Tested all the connections; they check fine.

Interesting 2nd check, I loaded the (2nd) base map CEL P1361 was not on. The CEL changed to P1259 VTEC System.

Reload the 1st map, CEL goes back to P1361.

Anyone running emanage ultimate on any type of SC?
